These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RoastUP mobile application (the "App"), provided by OGL RETAIL LTD ("OGL Retail," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RoastUP. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
RoastUP uses artificial intelligence to create humorous roast content from text, photos, and preferences you submit. The App offers Playful, Spicy, and Savage roast levels.
RoastUP is for entertainment only. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unpredictable, inappropriate, or offensive. It does not represent the views of OGL Retail and must not be treated as factual or professional advice.
You retain ownership of the text and photos you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and use User Content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the App, generate requested output, and comply with law.
You represent that:
you own your User Content or have all necessary permissions to use it;
your submission and our processing of it will not violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights; and
you will not submit a person's image or personal information without appropriate consent.
You are responsible for your User Content and for how you use or share generated results.
You must not use RoastUP to:
threaten, harass, bully, defame, exploit, or target another person;
create or share hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or illegal content;
sexualise minors or upload content involving minors in an inappropriate or exploitative context;
encourage self-harm, violence, dangerous conduct, or criminal activity;
impersonate others or violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
upload malware or attempt to bypass, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems;
automate excessive requests, evade usage limits, manipulate subscriptions, or use the App for resale without written permission; or
use generated output to make decisions that materially affect another person's employment, credit, housing, education, healthcare, legal rights, or access to essential services.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the App, users, or others are at risk.
Eligible non-subscribers may receive one free roast per day. Free limits reset according to the timing and technical rules implemented in the App. We may modify free limits, features, or availability in the future, subject to applicable law.
RoastUP offers an auto-renewing Weekly Premium Access subscription that provides unlimited roast generations while the subscription or trial remains active.
Subscription period: one week.
Introductory trial: three days for eligible users.
Price: US$3.99 per week, or the equivalent price displayed by Apple in your App Store storefront.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
Unless cancelled, the subscription automatically renews for successive weekly periods.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
If you cancel during a free trial, access may continue until the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased, where permitted by Apple.
Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Trials, prices, taxes, currencies, and eligibility may vary by storefront and are controlled by Apple. The price presented in Apple's purchase confirmation is the amount that applies to your transaction.
Purchases and refunds are administered by Apple under Apple's applicable terms and policies. Use the "Restore Purchases" option in the App to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple ID.
Your use of the iOS version of RoastUP is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at:

If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the applicable Apple terms will control to the extent of that conflict. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for RoastUP except as required by law.
The App, including its software, design, branding, graphics, and other content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to OGL Retail and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the App under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of RoastUP to maintain security, improve functionality, comply with law, or address technical or commercial needs. We do not guarantee that the App or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoastUP is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties not expressly required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You understand that AI output can be inaccurate, offensive, biased, or unsuitable. You should review generated content before sharing it and use your own judgment. You are solely responsible for consequences arising from your use or sharing of User Content or generated output.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGL Retail and its directors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of RoastUP.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for RoastUP during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or GBP 50. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the App, your User Content, or your material breach of these Terms. This section does not limit rights that you have under mandatory consumer law.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the RoastUP Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be made available on the OGL Retail website and linked from the App and its App Store listing.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the service, or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
Termination of App access does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You must manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, meaning you may also be entitled to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where consumer law permits.
We may update these Terms when RoastUP, our business, or applicable law changes. We will update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
